Method Traffic Services: an office run largely by agents

Method Traffic Services is a Washington traffic-control company owned by Offsite Admin founder Maurice Terrill. It's where we built and proved this setup, on our own business first.

Much of Method Traffic's office work is handled by AI agents, with a person reviewing what matters. Time cards, invoicing, accounts receivable, dispatch support and job setup all run through the same system. Invoices are built in the platform, and the accounting software keeps the books.

The Admin Support package brings that same approach to your business: your own app and database, agents doing the routine work, and Offsite Admin keeping an eye on it.

Fobes Property Services is a property services company. Offsite Admin built them a custom app, called the Yard app, for estimating and quotes.

Estimates and quotes are built from rate lists for labor, materials and equipment. A time-entry page for the crew is being built now.
